Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and TroySoft (“we”) for using Rosa Baby: Pregnancy Tracker (“Rosa Baby”). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Read them with our Privacy Policy. On iPhone and iPad, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Who can use Rosa Baby

You must be 16 or older. We ask you to confirm this at sign-up and do not ask for your date of birth. If you are younger, please talk to a parent, guardian or health professional.

What Rosa Baby is

A pregnancy companion: a 3D illustration of your baby’s development, a weekly guide, a safety guide, journal, bump album, symptom and weight logs, appointments, baby names, partner sharing and, if you choose, the Ask Rosa Baby assistant.

Health disclaimer

• The 3D baby is an approximate illustration, not an image of your baby. Sizes and milestones are published averages.
• Due dates are estimates from what you enter. Your care team may set a different date.
• Warning signs tell you when to get help but cannot check how you are. If you are worried, contact your midwife, doctor or maternity unit.
• Ask Rosa Baby may be incomplete or wrong and does not know your history. Do not use it for urgent questions or decisions about medicines or treatment.
• Medicines and supplements: we give no personal dosing advice. Ask your pharmacist or doctor.
• Content is based on public sources such as the NHS, WHO, ACOG, CDC, RCOG and NICE, and goes through a review process. If you spot a mistake, tell us at support@troysoft.com.tr.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your account secure and give accurate information. One account is for one person; use partner sharing to include someone else.

Using Rosa Baby fairly

Please don’t break the law or harm, harass or deceive anyone; upload content you have no right to share; try to reach other people’s accounts or data; disrupt or probe the app or our servers, or get around security or rate limits; copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the app (except where the law allows); or use any feature to produce harmful or misleading content. We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will normally let you export your data first.

Your content

What you add (journal, photos, notes, names) belongs to you. You give us a limited licence to store, process, encrypt, back up and display it only to run Rosa Baby for you, including syncing and showing it to people you choose to share with. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it. Partner sharing is optional: share only with people you trust, and if someone shares with you, don’t copy or publish it without permission. Once someone has seen shared content we cannot make them forget it, but stopping sharing removes their access in the app.

Rosa Baby Plus (subscription)

Rosa Baby is free to download. Rosa Baby Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play.

• What it adds: future weeks, tap-to-learn body parts, womb view and “what changed since yesterday”, an unlimited journal and bump album, partner sharing, keepsake videos, symptom insights, the full library and Ask Rosa Baby.
• What always stays free: the 3D baby for your current and past weeks, due date calculator and countdown, the basic weekly guide, the whole safety guide, warning-sign guidance, basic appointments and a limited journal and album. We show no offers inside symptom or warning-sign screens, and there are no ads whether you subscribe or not.
• Plans and price: monthly or yearly. The price for your country is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you pay.
• Free trial: eligible new subscribers can start the yearly plan with a 7-day free trial, as decided by the store. It converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before it ends.
• Manage or cancel: in your store account settings. iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rosa Baby Plus. Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rosa Baby Plus. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for; your data is not deleted.
• Deleting the app or your Rosa Baby account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel in the store first.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies (Apple’s “Report a Problem” page; Google Play order history). EU and UK withdrawal rights are exercised through the store too.
• Restore: on a new phone, sign in and tap Restore purchases. Family Sharing is not offered; Plus includes partner sharing instead.
• Price changes: the store tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rosa Baby reliable, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features, and will tell you in advance where we reasonably can if a change significantly affects something you pay for. If we update these terms in an important way, the app tells you before they apply; if you disagree, you can stop using Rosa Baby and delete your account (Me → Privacy and data → Delete my account).

Liability

Rosa Baby is provided with care but “as is”, and individual pregnancies differ. We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, and not for losses that were not foreseeable or are caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in the courts there. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. The intellectual property in the app (design, 3D models, illustrations, text, name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors; you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial use.
